Welcome to Dhruva DigiPIN ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

   Use of the App

   The App provides a digital address service by converting latitude and longitude coordinates into a unique alphanumeric "digipin" code, and vice versa. Location data is displayed using mapping services and address lookup APIs. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have express written permission from us.

   Account and Access

   The App does not require user registration. You are responsible for your own use of the App and compliance with applicable laws.

   Intellectual Property

   The App, its code, design, and the digipin system are proprietary to Dhruva DigiPIN. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code.

   Acceptable Use

   Do not use the App for illegal, unethical, or harassing purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's operation.

   Disclaimers

   The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy of location or address data.

   We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

   Third-Party Services

   The App utilizes Google Maps and the Nominatim API for data. Your use is also subject to their respective terms.
